At IQUNIX, we strive for perfection in every mechanical keyboard and peripheral we craft. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your item in its original packaging, including all keycaps, cables, and switch pullers to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to IQUNIX

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the package back to our designated processing center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
